Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit or buy from DAZZIN. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you shop.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Buyers under 18 should order with a parent or guardian. Your name, phone number and address must be correct and your own.

Products and pictures

We describe each product with the size, material and colours we can confirm. Real colours may look slightly different from photos because screens vary. Items marked “random colour” ship in any available colour, and you cannot choose.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices can change without notice. If a product shows a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then accept the correct price or cancel the order.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our SMS or WhatsApp message. We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • The phone number or address cannot be confirmed
  • The order looks fake or abusive

We will tell you if we cancel your order.

Changing or cancelling

Message us within 2 hours of ordering to change or cancel. Once the courier collects the parcel, we cannot change it.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, with no advance payment. Pay the exact order amount to the rider. [confirm: online payment by card, JazzCash or easypaisa is also available.]

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days. Delivery takes 2 to 7 days after dispatch, depending on your city. Couriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. The rider calls before arriving and tries twice. After two missed attempts, the parcel returns to us.

Repeated refused or unanswered COD orders may stop you from ordering with cash on delivery again.

Checking your parcel

Open your parcel in front of the rider before you pay. If the outer box is badly damaged, you can refuse it.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or wrong items only. You must report the problem on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Return Policy.

Using our website

You agree not to:

  • Place fake orders or use someone else’s details
  • Copy our product photos, text or design without written permission
  • Use bots or scrapers on our site
  • Try to break or overload the website

Our content

All text, photos and logos on DAZZIN belong to DAZZIN or our suppliers. You may share links to our pages. You may not reuse our content for business without our written permission.

Limits of our responsibility

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes or events outside our control. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Other websites

Our pages may link to social media or other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [city].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The new version will show a fresh effective date on this page.
